For most of my life, I followed this formula: work hard, achieve, and climb.

With graduate degrees in Engineering and an Executive MBA, I built a successful career in the energy industry leading organizations at top ten Fortune 500 companies. I was the kind of person who thrived in high stakes environments, solving problems with precision and efficiency.

And yet, beneath the success, something was missing.

For years, I ignored the feeling that I wasn’t living a life fully aligned with who I was meant to be. And I found myself deeper in a life that no longer energized me.

So, I made a choice to make some changes. And this time, it would be on my terms.
